Because Ethnicitees, LLC sells original artist-created merchandise, limited inventory, specialty products, and items that may be produced or prepared specifically for an order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ETHNICITEES, LLC DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AND DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND, BUYER’S REMORSE, INCORRECT SIZE OR COLOR SELECTION, DUPLICATE ORDERS, OR OTHER CUSTOMER ORDERING ERRORS.

ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION

Purchasing an Ethnicitees product transfers ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer any copyright, reproduction right, commercial right, digital right, licensing right, or ownership interest in the artwork, illustration, portrait, design, text, biography, photograph, product image, or other creative material appearing on or accompanying the product.

Unless Ethnicitees, LLC provides prior written authorization, customers may not copy, scan, trace, reproduce, digitize, vectorize, extract, alter, distribute, manufacture from, commercially display, create derivative works from, use for artificial-intelligence training, or otherwise exploit Ethnicitees artwork or designs.

Ordering or receiving a product for the purpose of digitally capturing, copying, reproducing, or duplicating its artwork does not create a right to return the product, request an exchange, obtain a refund, or retain unauthorized reproductions. Unauthorized copying or use may violate applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an order arrives materially damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or includes an item different from the item ordered, the customer must contact Ethnicitees, LLC within three calendar days after confirmed delivery.

The customer must provide:
• The order number;
• A description of the problem;
• Clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and reported damage or error; and
• Any additional information reasonably requested to evaluate the claim.

The item must not be worn, washed, altered, reproduced, resold, or otherwise used. Do not discard the item or its original packaging while the claim is being reviewed.

After verifying an eligible claim, Ethnicitees, LLC may provide an appropriate remedy, such as correcting the order, replacing the affected item, issuing store credit, or providing a refund when required by applicable law. Minor color differences caused by screens, lighting, printing, fabric, dye lots, or the handmade nature of the artwork are not considered defects.

SHIPPING, DELAYS, AND UNAVAILABLE MERCHANDISE

Ethnicitees, LLC typically ships its products by standard USPS service unless the customer pays for express shipping.

Processing, production, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may result from inventory shortages, supplier or manufacturer shortages, tariff-related disruptions, carrier delays, pandemics or public-health emergencies, terrorism, national emergencies, acts of war, acts of God, severe weather, power or technology failures, family illness, medical emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Ethnicitees, LLC.

When an order cannot be shipped within the promised or legally permitted period, Ethnicitees, LLC will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity, replacement option, or refund required by applicable law.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGEBACKS AND FALSE CLAIMS

Customers should contact Ethnicitees, LLC before initiating a payment dispute so that any legitimate order concern can be reviewed. Ethnicitees, LLC reserves the right to contest inaccurate, fraudulent, or abusive chargebacks and to provide the payment processor with order records, delivery confirmation, correspondence, photographs, and other relevant documentation.

APPLICABLE LAW

Nothing in this policy eliminates or restricts any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived. If any portion of this policy conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law will control, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
